Location: Norton, Ohio

How did you get into Pink Floyd? My dad cultured me with Floyd when I was a kid. We would watch “The Wall” movie together (not something I recommend showing to a kid, but oh well I turned out alright).

What made you join DSOTM? The leader of the band, Jeff, is my uncle. I would go to DSOTM concerts growing up and I thought it was so incredible watching my uncle be a rockstar. I love the people in this band too. This band has incredible chemistry, and these members have different skills and talents to offer.

Favorite Pink Floyd song and why? “On the Turning Away” (2019 remix) is my favorite song. The lyrics in this song are bittersweet and it’s one of those songs that make listeners reflect on themselves.

Favorite Pink Floyd album and why? The “Division Bell” is my favorite album. The whole album talks about how many problems today can be solved through simple communication.

What equipment do you use?  My voice and my Telefunken M80 microphone!

Brief musical history: I have always been involved in music in some capacity. From being a first chair trumpet player in high school and leading my high school marching band as a drum major to singing and playing bass and keys in church.

Name of the first band you were in: DSOTM

Best gig and why? Mentor Rocks was my favorite gig. The crowd and the energy was truly exhilarating. Watching and listening to thousands of people singing “Wish You Were Here” made me truly tear up on stage.
